Being Part of Our Team

Nearly six years ago, we started life as a team of one. Me. I, not only, was the idea creator, accountant, admin, lead, marketing executive, sales person, I was also working as a consultant lawyer for a law firm. I was building the business, working 15 hour days, 7 days a week. I was also, and still am, a parent, juggling day to day life whilst building a dream.
It was therefore, not such a big step when I reached out for help and recruited my first assistant. I was able to share the load a bit, have a sounding board for ideas and incorporate some accountability into the business.
Today, we have an ever growing team of people who make things run more smoothly, bring to the table lots of ideas and provide plenty of that much needed accountability!

We currently have a mix of contractors, bank staff and part time employees on flexible hours. Each contribute to the operation of the business in their own unique way and each of them teach me new things every day.

As we move forward with our plans to expand our Little Leonardos Art Club, we want to grow our team. In doing so, I have made the decision to open up applications to those who have taken a career break, for whatever reason, be that to raise children, illness, to care for a loved one, who wish to take those first steps in getting back to work.

Why Work for Us?

As a parent myself, a person who is committed to their family, including caring for my parents when they need me, I know how daunting it can be to take those first steps. Therefore, I propose to offer the following:

  • Flexible hours
  • Full training on leading and delivering the Little Leonardos sessions, including art training.
  • If your children are 5-11 years, they get a free space on the Little Leonardos Afterschool and Holiday Club sessions while you work.
  • You are guaranteed a day off for your birthday to spend time with your family.

We are looking for people who are passionate about giving children the best start in life. We are not just looking for artistically skilled people, but people who believe they can inspire, and who are patient and nurturing people. We would like to recruit people who would ultimately like to run their own Little Leonardos Art Club, with our guidance and support.
If you think this is something that would fit you, get in touch. You can reach us via our contact page on this site, or via email at kjfineartist@yahoo.com.
