We are not quite finished with the beautiful season of Autumn, but in the retail world we have to start thinking early about the big C! We are very excited about our Christmas window that the teenagers (Leonardos) and Little Leonardos are currently working on. We always like to have a window display made by the younger generations at this time of year as, after all, it’s all about them at the end of the day. This should be in place in time for the fabulous Christmas Lights switch on in the village of Rotherfield on Sunday 1st December, run by the Rotherfield and Mark Cross Bonfire Society. It’s always a lovely event and posters will be up soon to show the details.
In addition to our Christmas window, we will be running a 1 day Christmas Holiday Club for 5-11 years. All the details are below and on our ‘One Off Workshops’ page of this website, along with a link to book your childs space. We are getting a lot of enquiries about this workshop and only have a handful of spaces left, so be quick!
Christmas Drop In sessions
We have a few Christmassy treats in the studio for you to have a go at painting and decorating for the festive season. Lots of tree decorations, greetings cards and boxes for gifts. In addition we have lots of seasonal ideas and inspiration for sweet little hand made gifts for friends and family.
Our drop in sessions are open every week during term time, on Wednesdays and Fridays 11am – 5pm and Saturdays 12.30 – 2.30pm. During school holidays, we are open on Fridays 11am -5pm and Saturdays 10am- 2.30pm.
We will be open on Christmas Eve for Christmas drop in sessions from 10am – 2.30pm, in case you need some last minute arts and crafts but don’t want the mess so close to the big day!
We must remind customers of our policy that children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult during the sessions.
